How to get to Tigray Region ?
Currently, there are two ways to enter to Tigray Region and do some tour with in the region . The first and recommended one is to take flight from Addis Ababa to Mekelle or Shire airports then you can drive by car with in Tigray to visit the attractions.
The second option is start the danakil depression tour in the Afar region then after you finished you can continue to Tigray via Abala – Mekelle road .
