1. Introduction
By booking a tour with Sycamore Ethiopia Tours, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made directly or through third parties. Please read them carefully before confirming your trip.

2. Booking and Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

The balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the start of the tour.

Bookings made within 30 days of departure must be paid in full upon confirmation.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods.

3. Cancellations and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

The following cancellation charges apply:

More than 30 days before departure: full refund minus 10% administrative fee.

15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.

Less than 15 days before departure: no refund.

No refunds are provided for unused services, missed days, or early departures.

4. Travel Insurance
All participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss of personal belongings.

5. Changes by Sycamore Ethiopia Tours
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodation, or transportation when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political unrest, or operational requirements. We will always aim to provide an equivalent or better alternative.

6. Client Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and other travel documents. Clients must comply with local laws and respect cultural practices. Sycamore Ethiopia Tours is not responsible for any costs arising from non-compliance.

7. Liability and Disclaimer
While we strive to provide safe and enjoyable experiences, Sycamore Ethiopia Tours is not liable for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, or delays beyond our control. Participation in tours is at your own risk.

8. Force Majeure
Sycamore Ethiopia Tours is not responsible for events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or pandemic-related restrictions. In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule or provide credit for future travel.

9. Complaints
Any dissatisfaction must be reported immediately to your guide or tour manager. If unresolved, written complaints must be submitted within 14 days after the tour ends.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia
