Recognizing Ethiopia’s Extraordinary Landscapes and Unforgettable Travel Experiences

We are delighted to announce that Sycamore Ethiopia Tours has been named a People’s Choice Award winner by Bókun in the “Epic Landscapes” category. This international recognition celebrates our commitment to showcasing Ethiopia’s remarkable natural beauty and creating memorable experiences for travelers from around the world.

The award is a proud milestone for our company and a meaningful recognition of the passion, dedication, and hard work that our team brings to every journey.

An International Recognition of Excellence

The Bókun People’s Choice Awards celebrate outstanding businesses in the travel and tourism industry. According to the award notification, the judging panel—comprising experts from Bókun, Tourpreneur, and Tripadvisor—reviewed an impressive selection of entries.

Out of more than 370 submissions from around the world, Sycamore Ethiopia Tours stood out in the Epic Landscapes category. Being selected among so many inspiring tourism businesses is an achievement we are proud to share with our guests, partners, and supporters.

This recognition reinforces our belief that Ethiopia deserves a prominent place on the global travel map, with its extraordinary scenery, rich cultural heritage, and diverse opportunities for exploration.

Showcasing Ethiopia’s Epic Landscapes

Ethiopia is a destination of striking contrasts and breathtaking natural wonders. From dramatic mountain ranges and vast highland plateaus to volcanic landscapes, colorful mineral formations, and expansive wilderness areas, the country offers experiences that stay with travelers long after their journeys end.

At Sycamore Ethiopia Tours, we are passionate about helping visitors discover these remarkable places through thoughtfully organized tours and authentic encounters with the country’s landscapes, communities, and heritage.

Our goal is to go beyond ordinary sightseeing. We want every traveler to experience the spirit of Ethiopia, appreciate its natural treasures, and return home with lasting memories and a deeper understanding of this extraordinary destination.

The People’s Choice Award in the Epic Landscapes category is especially meaningful because it reflects the appeal of the experiences we work hard to create and the beauty of the destinations we are proud to share.

Investing in Better Experiences for Our Guests

Alongside the recognition, Bókun has awarded Sycamore Ethiopia Tours a free six-month Bókun START subscription and a 12-month Tourpreneur PRO membership.

These prizes offer valuable opportunities to strengthen our tourism operations, gain industry insights, and connect with professionals across the travel sector.

Bókun’s booking technology can support the way we organize and manage travel experiences, while Tourpreneur PRO provides access to insights and connections that can help tourism businesses learn, innovate, and grow.

We look forward to making the most of these opportunities as we continue improving our services and developing memorable travel experiences in Ethiopia.
